Your fitness story

300 pounds. In Mid-July, I started working out in the Gym here and stopped going after 1st or 2nd month. As time went on I got tired, I gave up. Again, I changed my lifestyle eating habits, worked out to some videos online for cardio, yoga, pilates. As time progressed it became December, I weighed in at 260 pounds. I was so proud of myself. As of February came up, I started as a coach for Team Beachbody, bought a couple programs, and I don’t regret it at all.
