Your fitness goals

To actually be happy, and healthy. I always regretted not moving sooner and working out sooner or keep going when I got to 229 pounds. I hope that I can just get there. I will be patient. :)

Your fitness story

300 pounds. In Mid-July, I started working out in the Gym here and stopped going after 1st or 2nd month. As time went on I got tired, I gave up. Again, I changed my lifestyle eating habits, worked out to some videos online for cardio, yoga, pilates. As time progressed it became December, I weighed in at 260 pounds. I was so proud of myself. As of February came up, I started as a coach for Team Beachbody, bought a couple programs, and I don’t regret it at all. A long time ago I printed this out on my fridge…till it fell to the floor…got thrown away…FML Glad I found it again. I will be sure to send to mom for her to print out, more than once…put in a folder…in our cupboard on the door..
